The Opportunity

You'll make a significant impact by providing support in maintaining records and ensuring quality document management. This includes assisting with the document execution process, accurately and timely managing information in both physical and electronic form, and determining the best method of capturing and disseminating information. Your experience will enable you to effectively support the day-to-day operations of the Knowledge Management team, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

About You

Success in this role is achieved by your ability to work with a diverse range of personalities, take initiative, and work autonomously yet collaboratively while assuming full responsibility for task completion.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency with records/information management systems and numerical entry.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong initiative and ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills across all business levels.
