About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Knowledge Management Advisor to join our Group Financial Crime Operations (FCO) Change Governance team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our operational teams with the management of knowledge artefacts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Knowledge Management: Develop, maintain, and lead an engagement model with key stakeholders on behalf of the Knowledge Team to ensure effective knowledge management.
  • Change Delivery: Lead the delivery of changes identified within FCO to uplift existing knowledge artefacts, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
  • Best Practice Knowledge: Develop, deploy, and maintain best practice knowledge to sustain or improve the capability and effectiveness of FCO knowledge artefacts.
  • Change Management: Monitor and manage changes submitted through the FCO Change Front door, participating in Change Review meetings with stakeholders as required.
  • Document Control: Maintain a centralized catalogue of knowledge materials, considering audience, reviewers, and owners, and owning a simple, clear, and consistent document control standard for all knowledge resources in alignment with CBA corporate standards.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Report and analyze change data to monitor and highlight continuous improvement opportunities by identifying patterns.
  • Knowledge Artefact Uplift: Deliver committed knowledge artefact uplift/creation within agreed timeframes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with key subject experts/stakeholders/squads to gather and document required information according to change requests.
  • Knowledge Migration: Migrate existing knowledge articles from legacy structure to SharePoint knowledge management.
  • Documentation: Use appropriate formatting and multimedia to enhance documentation in compliance with documentation guidelines.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in knowledge management, change delivery, and best practice knowledge. Your skills and experience should include:

  • Experience in SharePoint administration
  • Change management/delivery experience and reporting skills
  • Ability to plan and prioritize effectively, organize tasks, and manage competing priorities
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of business and technical teams
  • Demonstrated experience in technical writing
  • Ability to distil complex information into a clear and logical written format
  • Demonstrated skills in critical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
