Your Responsibilities:
  1. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, you will spearhead the ongoing integration, capability enhancement, and compliance requirements of information and knowledge management utilizing the M365 suite.
  2. Leading initiatives for the continuous enhancement of information and document management, collaboration, and communication through the M365 suite.
  3. Collaborating with business unit leaders and learning and development teams to identify learning requirements, support capability enhancement, and align with business objectives, including analyzing current data and training needs.
  4. Assisting in the formulation of learning plans and career pathways related to M365 to facilitate employee development.
  5. Reviewing and refreshing the eLearning resources for information and document management.
  6. Maintaining and advancing the M365 Support hub.
  7. Supporting governance related to M365 Automation features.
  8. Assisting with compliance obligations concerning information and document management, including but not limited to ASIDM, RRD Policy, Protection and Resilience, Data Governance, and DORA.
  9. Providing regular updates to the Head of Knowledge Innovation Office regarding continuous improvement, risk management, compliance, and capability enhancement strategies.
About You:
  1. Proven experience in learning and development or risk and compliance sectors.
  2. Experience in managing internal controls and governance, policies, and procedures in line with regulatory and organizational compliance.
  3. Extensive technical expertise with M365, including Teams and SharePoint.
  4. Experience in designing and implementing M365 training programs within a large organization.
  5. Familiarity with adult learning methodologies.
  6. Understanding of risk frameworks and methodologies.
  7. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  8. Demonstrated experience in facilitating large training sessions, both virtually and in-person.
