About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Exceptional Guest Service Ambassador. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is truly memorable.


Your Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have a strong focus on providing excellent customer service, responding promptly to guest requests and enquiries. They will also be responsible for assisting guests with their luggage and other needs, transporting them around the hotel resort in a hotel buggy when required.


Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills and qualities:


  • A valid driver's licence.
  • Physical fitness, as you will be on your feet most of the day.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work well under pressure.
  • Fluency in the local language (although not essential).
  • Literacy and basic math skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • A general knowledge of the area.
