About the Role

The Senior Management Accountant role is a key position within the Finance Division, supporting the executive and senior leadership teams of individual business units by providing management accounting services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze financial data to identify trends and risks, and provide recommendations to support business unit performance goals.
  • Develop and maintain cost centre budgets, and monitor and report on financial performance.
  • Provide expert financial advice and guidance to executive directors and general managers.
  • Collaborate with other finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualification in business, commerce, accounting, or a related field.
  • Certified Practising Accountant/Chartered Accountant Australia and New Zealand (CPA/CA) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis and management accounting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
