About the RoleThe Senior Management Accountant role is a key position within the Finance Division, supporting the executive and senior leadership teams of individual business units by providing management accounting services.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and analyze financial data to identify trends and risks, and provide recommendations to support business unit performance goals.
- Develop and maintain cost centre budgets, and monitor and report on financial performance.
- Provide expert financial advice and guidance to executive directors and general managers.
- Collaborate with other finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Relevant qualification in business, commerce, accounting, or a related field.
- Certified Practising Accountant/Chartered Accountant Australia and New Zealand (CPA/CA) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in financial analysis and management accounting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Total remuneration value of up to $144,003 p.a.
- Hourly rate between $63.65 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution.
