Estimated Salary Range: AU$80,000 - AU$120,000 per yearJob Description

We are recruiting for a professional with proven talent acquisition experience to become a part of our well-established agency of over nine years operation. The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process for professional roles in Government and Corporate Australia.

The role requires the ability to source and onboard candidates to meet client business requirements in a rapid candidate to client environment. You will bring innovative sourcing methods to attract the right candidates and have a sound history of relationship/client management with the ability to influence and lead your clients to successful talent acquisition outcomes.

This role will suit an experienced agency recruiter who loves the fast pace of talent acquisition but is not a salesperson. We offer a flexible working environment with a non KPI driven office culture, making it an attractive option for those looking to work in a relaxed yet professional setting.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven capability and understanding of procedure-processes required within Government and Corporate sectors
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and manage key relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience navigating Fast Track would be highly regarded
