Customer Service Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Leader to join our Service leadership team.

As a Customer Service Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the best service experience.

  • Greet and assist customers, ensuring their concerns and needs are addressed promptly.
  • Manage service appointments, dispatch work orders to technicians, and oversee the entire service process.
  • Provide guidance and support to service advisors and technicians, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
  • Ensure service quality standards are met, and customer vehicles are returned in optimal condition.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex concerns when necessary.

You will be responsible for:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Service Advisor/Assistant Manager in a high-volume dealership environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Leadership qualities.
  • Demonstrated ability to delegate responsibility, work with, mentor & coach employees' positivity developing their skills & capabilities.
  • Demonstrates the highest level of business ethics, integrity & resilience.
