About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced senior professional to join our busy team as a key link between customers and service staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and mentoring junior advisors.

  • Greeting customers and managing service enquiries efficiently and effectively
  • Booking and coordinating service appointments with minimal delays
  • Providing accurate estimates and explaining required work in a clear manner
  • Liaising with the workshop to ensure efficient workflow and meeting deadlines
  • Managing invoicing, warranty claims, and documentation accurately and on time
  • Supporting and mentoring the service advisor team for career growth and development
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships and enhance customer satisfaction

In this senior role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your leadership skills and experience to drive business results and contribute to the success of our organization.

You will be responsible for leading a team of service advisors and ensuring that they provide excellent customer service and meet the expectations of our customers.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

A valid Australian working rights and current driver's license are essential requirements for this role.

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor (truck/heavy vehicle experience highly regarded)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Developed leadership and mentoring skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Mechanical knowledge to communicate confidently with customers
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Valid Australian working rights and current driver's license
