Customer Service Representative

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team at EG Caboolture South.
About the Role:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude in every interaction.
- Promote products and deals effectively, using strong communication skills.
- Operate point of sale systems with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Ensure effective merchandising and stock control through regular monitoring and adjustments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Previous retail experience is preferred, but not essential for this role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
- Able to lift up to 20kg regularly and stand for long periods.
