Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be friendly, helpful and passionate about providing excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and responding promptly to their queries.
  • Assist customers with product information, answer questions and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments and other forms of payment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards and company policies.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and other transactions.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, days, evenings, weekdays and weekends.
