At the forefront of preventing bullying and promoting a safe environment, we are seeking an experienced School Engagement Lead to drive our program strategy forward.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our initiatives, working closely with schools across Australia to raise awareness of Dolly's Dream funded activities and promote prevention of bullying.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging workshops to students, parents, and teaching staff to introduce programs, provide support, and promote behavior change around bullying.
  • Establish strong relationships with Australian schools through promotional campaigns, regular communication, and face-to-face meetings to promote Dolly's Dream resources.
  • Manage bookings and scheduling for all Dolly's Dream programs effectively.
  • Provide Mental Health First Aid Training to teachers and selected communities.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in executing projects or initiatives in the non-profit sector.
  • Proven experience in delivering social change projects in the education sector.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential.
