In this pivotal role, you will provide crucial administrative and customer service support to our highly skilled team of finance brokers, ensuring a seamless experience for our valued clients.
- Assist finance brokers with client enquiries, supporting documentation and loan settlement tasks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and files
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner
- Support the broader finance team with administrative tasks and special projects as required
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong work ethic and previous experience in an administration or clerical role at a minimum
- Full Australian working rights or be a permanent resident
- Previous finance/bank experience preferred but not essential
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- A current Police Check - or complete one pre-start date
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new financial software systems quickly
- A team player with a positive and collaborative attitude
