About the Role

The Team Leader plays a vital role in the provision of care to our residents. They will support the Clinical Care Coordinator and Registered Nurse to supervise and coordinate care, ensuring that individual needs are met within a supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications, such as a Diploma of Enrolled Nursing or Certificate IV in Ageing Support, and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Provide emotional support to residents and ensure care provision is holistic and person-centred.
  • Support the coordination of care needs, including medication management, nutrition, and hydration.
  • Lead and supervise care on the shift, within designated areas.
