Holistic Care Specialist

We seek a dedicated and compassionate Holistic Care Specialist to join our team in Redland City, Queensland. Our aged care home is conveniently located close to public transport and offers residents an extra layer of choice and services.
As a key member of our care team, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with residents and support their holistic needs through proactive care plans.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver nurturing care to enhance residents' daily lives
- Develop and manage care plans that cater to residents' diverse needs, promoting independence and autonomy
- Ensure accurate medication administration and precise documentation
- A genuine passion for delivering personalized care and making a positive impact on residents' lives
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and procedures
- Experience providing nursing services in aged care settings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate reporting and documentation
- Leadership and delegation skills to motivate and empower team members
