Job Title: Holistic Care Specialist

Job Summary:

  • As a Holistic Care Specialist, you will provide integrated care to clients enhancing their mobility and movement to promote their independence and wellbeing.
  • You will work with clients with a wide variety of physical conditions and tailor your care to make a real difference in your client's quality of life.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals within a team-based environment to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess symptoms and medical history, making a diagnosis and developing care plans for individuals.
  • Use manipulative therapies to aid in client recovery.
  • Educate and train clients on all aspects of holistic therapy.
  • Provide goal setting activities and guidance on stretching, strengthening and improving posture.
  • Refer clients to other healthcare professionals when required.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure care plans are formulated and monitored.
  • Document and report on client condition and progress.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in Massage Therapy or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
