As a Service Delivery Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences. You will be the face of our hospitality brand and guarantee that every guest has an unforgettable stay with us.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve guest queries efficiently and effectively
  • Provide a seamless reception experience for guests, including check-in/out, and complete necessary audit procedures
  • Maintain open communication with the Guest Service Manager regarding relevant guest feedback
  • Exhibit outstanding customer service skills at all times
  • Attend required training courses and contribute to team development efforts
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of hotel room categories, rates, packages, promotions, and product information
  • Optimize room occupancy by using up-selling techniques to promote services and facilities
  • Fully comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation
  • Follow established procedures for accepting foreign currencies, credit cards, and cash as per hotel policy
  • Adhere to company brand standards
  • Collaborate with other departments as needed
