Lead Psychologist Role

The ORS Group is expanding its psychology services and we are seeking a registered psychologist to lead our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a well-rounded psychology team providing short-term mental health interventions, including Medicare individual therapy and Employee Assistance Program individual therapy.
  • Develop, extend and enhance clinical expertise in a friendly, well-supported team.
  • Utilise evidence-based brief intervention strategies and techniques from modalities such as CBT, ACT & DBT.
Work-Life Balance
  • Work from home where possible with resources provided.
  • Allocate clients according to office locations close to your home.
  • Manage your calendar to suit your schedule within service requirement parameters.
  • Access suburban office locations with free onsite & local parking.
  • Work part-time options available.
Learning and Development (L&D)
  • Continuous Professional Development for registered psychologists provided in-house.
  • Regular peer group supervision sessions and monthly online PD sessions.
  • Direct access to consult with General Manager on complex cases.
Requirements
  • Full Psychology Registration with AHPRA.
  • A car and licence.
  • National Police Clearance, Working With Children.
  • Experience in delivering face-to-face, video and telephone evidence-based psychological interventions.
