Occupational Therapist

  • Direct and coordinate Therapy Assistants
  • Maintain appropriate clinical documentation and information systems
  • Contribute to a multidisciplinary program of continuous improvement
  • Incorporate aged care quality standards into all services
  • Synthesise information through observation and written documentation to provide relationship-centred, evidence-based recommendations
  • Undertake a range of assessments to understand the holistic experience of the person
