The ORS Psychology division is expanding and we are seeking our next clinician to join us.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Clinical Mental Health Specialist to join our national team of 250+ Psychologists & Counsellors providing clinical services to NDIS participants aged 0-65. You will work across early intervention, school age, adolescent and adult services with clients who have various presentations, diagnoses and disability types.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and observe participants' challenging behaviours and work towards increasing skills, improving emotion regulation and introducing replacement behaviours to reduce the use of restrictive practices.
  • Work with allied health practitioners, support workers and family members to achieve the best possible outcomes for your clients.
