Job Title

As a Career Coach, you will support individuals with disability, injury, or health conditions as they prepare for a meaningful career.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with clients to plan their next career steps and provide support to find the right job along the way.
  • Build strong relationships to understand each client's goals, strengths, and support needs.
  • Provide tailored coaching and regular check-ins to maintain motivation and progress.
  • Connect participants with upskilling opportunities, hands-on experience, and group-based activities.
  • Collaborate with employers and community services to open pathways to employment and training.
  • Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Qualifications in Employment or Human Services (e.g. Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work) are desirable.
  • Experience in employment services and supporting people with disability, injury, or health conditions is required.
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs and create client-focused employment and skills plans is essential.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills are necessary.
  • Knowledge of disability legislation, support strategies, and labour market trends is required.
