With experience or a genuine passion for employment services, you're confident supporting people, building trust and guiding them toward meaningful and sustainable careers. You're outcomes-focused, highly organised and thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment.
- You have qualifications in Employment or Human Services (e.g. Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work) - desirable.
- You have experience in employment services and supporting people with disability, injury or health conditions.
- You have a proven ability to meet KPIs and create client-focused employment and skills plans.
- You are confident marketing clients to employers and facilitating group programs.
- You possess strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
- You have knowledge of disability legislation, support strategies and labour market trends.
