- Deliver efficient and effective strategies to positively engage with employers and build sustainable relationships.
- High level of interpersonal communication and organisational skills required.
- Prior experience in the Disability, Health or Employment sector is preferred.
- Ability to overcome objections and break down employment barriers that exist for individuals with disability.
- Awareness of vulnerabilities to employment and the effects of unemployment.
- Effective, positive problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Hold a current Working With Vulnerable People Check (obtained prior to being offered employment).
- Ability to obtain a police check.
- Be able to obtain a registered myGOVID name prior to commencing employment.
- 12 weeks paid parental leave.
