As an Employment Opportunities Specialist, you'll work with local employers and job seekers to create meaningful connections that drive positive change in our community.

About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our team supporting the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program, which aims to increase employment opportunities for people with disability. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in building relationships with employers, identifying employment opportunities, and providing expert support to customers throughout their employment journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expand our network of employers and job seekers to increase referrals and promote diversity initiatives within organisations.
  • Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility.
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with employers and industry stakeholders.
  • Promote our organisation as a trusted provider supporting individuals with disability to achieve their career goals.
  • Analyse labour market trends to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • Support our leadership team to coach teams to enhance employer engagement and improve client career outcomes.
  • Meet or exceed performance benchmarks.
  • Champion our values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred practice.
