Drive operational performance and lead strategic transformation initiatives across Victorian parcel and mail processing facilities.

About the Role:
  • Lead operational excellence, safety, compliance, service, and cost targets across all Victorian processing facilities.
  • Implement continuous improvement and optimisation initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with transport, linehaul, and network counterparts to deliver integrated operational outcomes.
  • Develop and implement major change programs, including new site developments and automation projects.
  • Manage resources effectively, identifying and delivering efficiency gains.
  • Foster a high-performing workforce with a strong safety-first culture.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience in large-scale operations leadership, managing complex environments and driving results through people and process optimisation.
  • Proven track record in delivering transformational change programs.
  • Strong capability in leading engaged teams and driving cultural change.

Key Responsibilities:
