Job Description

We are seeking a strategic leader to join our Health and Safety team as Manager, H&S Strategy and Risk. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for shaping the future of health and safety across the business.

This role is crucial in ensuring systems, risk frameworks, and strategic initiatives are aligned and effective. You will oversee enterprise-wide health and safety risk, support business units in managing their operational risks, and ensure these efforts aggregate into a cohesive and mature risk profile.

  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of HSE management systems, ensuring they remain user-friendly, certified, and fit for purpose.
  • Support the uplift of our digital platform (Protecht), helping to embed structured risk management practices across the business.
  • Monitor the execution of our H&S strategy, identifying future priorities, and benchmarking best practices from across the industry.
