Senior Contracts Administration Specialist

The position of Senior Contracts Administrator is a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of commercial construction projects.
As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing all commercial aspects of the build, including contract compliance, financial accuracy, risk control, and clarity across subcontractor packages.
- Contract administration of head contracts and subcontract packages from start to finish.
- Leading procurement, tender negotiations, scope clarifications, and amending contracts to meet project requirements.
- Managing variations, progress claims, claims certification, and payment reviews to ensure timely and accurate payment.
- Providing detailed cost forecasts, budget reporting, and P&L analysis to stakeholders.
- Identifying and managing commercial risks, delays, and claim disputes to minimize impact on the project.
- Building strong relationships with commercial, site, and client teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field, and 5-7+ years' experience in contract administration on major commercial or hospitality projects.
