National Business Director

We are seeking an accomplished National Business Director to drive category performance and lead our Everyday Cheese portfolio within a leading grocery retailer.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business strategies with the retail partner to boost category revenue.
- Expand our dairy cheese range into new categories and segments.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage Private Label opportunities and support plant-based product expansion.
- Analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Manage accurate forecasting across proprietary and private label portfolios.
- Deliver on sales, distribution, profitability, and market share targets.
- Build strong relationships with key customers.
- Be the supplier of choice for new opportunities and solutions.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide actionable insights.
- Full profit and loss responsibility for the portfolio.
- Manage trade spend and support budget development and financial projections.
- Tertiary qualification in Business or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in sales, with a proven track record in National Business Manager roles.
- Experience within the grocery retail network at a national level is essential.
