**Job Role Overview**
We are seeking a diligent individual to join our team in a casual record management position within our mortgage services business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving physical documents, preparing these for scanning, and assisting with file creation and filing.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with documents and records management operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Receiving and preparing documents for scanning
- Scanning documents and indexing scanned documents
- File creation and physical filing
- Dispatching physical documents for archiving
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, be precise and consistent in their work output, and have experience working within small teams of people.
Additionally, the ability to process high volumes of work in a structured and methodical manner is essential.
Desirable qualifications include experience working with documents scanners, document scanning preparation, and electronic document and records management systems.
