We're seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a talented group of engineers responsible for capturing, enriching, exposing, and connecting user behavior and system telemetry. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Product Insights Enablement group within the Product Platform supergroup, where you'll collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive impact and deliver value to every product team at Canva.

About the Role:
In this role, you'll be responsible for leading a team of backend and frontend engineers who are passionate about building scalable event ingestion and processing systems. You'll partner with product, data, and infra teams to ensure these signals are accurate, scalable, and easy to use – helping every team at Canva understand the full picture of product experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers building the data infrastructure, backend services, and clients to capture and connect behavioral analytics and system telemetry
- Drive the design and evolution of scalable event ingestion and processing systems
- Partner with teams across product, infra, and data to ensure systems are impactful and reliable
- Foster a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and inclusive leadership
