About the Role

As a pivotal support professional, you will be at the heart of our Events team. This key role offers the chance to work closely with senior leadership, providing high-level support that keeps our Events team running seamlessly.

This is an opportunity for someone with exceptional organisational skills and communication abilities to make a real impact while helping deliver world-class events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the Chief Events Officer, communicating effectively to coordinate communications and ensure objectives are achieved within timeframes.
  • Support the Chief Events Officer in managing their workload, including prioritisation, scheduling, and diary management.
  • Prepare communications, reports, presentations, and correspondence for the Chief Events Officer ensuring comprehensiveness, accuracy, and timeliness of information.
  • Provide administrative support across travel, expense reconciliation, and PO generation.
  • Support the broader Events team by facilitating meetings, administration, and communication.
About You

  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Superior writing skills, with the ability to correspond seamlessly on behalf of your Executive.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to flex with changing priorities, maintaining a positive solution-focused outlook.
  • High level of initiative and process thinking to ensure continuous improvement of processes.
  • Advanced administrative IT literacy in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
