Environmental Policy Specialist

To drive meaningful change in environmental policy, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Policy Officer. This role will play a key part in developing and implementing policies and projects that support waterway health and management in Victoria.
As a Policy Officer, you will be responsible for collaborating with our team to develop and implement effective policies and projects. You will also be working closely with key stakeholders and partners to ensure the successful delivery of our objectives.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on the environment and has strong policy development and project management skills.
Key Requirements- A degree qualification or higher in a relevant field such as science, environmental engineering, natural resource management, or environmental law.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Victoria's water resource management framework and impacts of climate change on water resources.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
This is an ongoing position with a flexible work arrangement available. We encourage applications from Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people.
