Job Title:

Day Therapy Unit Team Leader

Job Description:

Your role involves coordinating the day-to-day administration and operational requirements of the Day Therapy Unit, supporting a team in providing high-level clerical services and customer service.

You will be responsible for receiving new referrals, entering information into a Patient Administration System, and monitoring outpatient requests. This is an opportunity to improve processes and procedures to enhance operational compliance.

Above all, patient care will be at the core of everything you do, committing to and supporting our Mission and Values.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Ability to liaise professionally with managers and caregivers
  • Demonstrated experience in departmental roster coordination
  • Familiarity with computer software packages including Patient Administration systems and MS Office products
