Leadership Development Opportunity

Join Tandem Partners as an OD Consultant - Leadership and contribute to an enterprise-wide transformation initiative. As a key member of our team, you will design and implement leadership programs to drive cultural change and promote leadership excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver leadership initiatives to support business transformation.
  • Collaborate with leadership and project managers to assess leadership needs and design effective solutions.
  • Facilitate leadership workshops and provide coaching to promote leadership development.
  • Design and implement tools to measure program impact and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and vendor engagement for program delivery.

Requirements

  • Strong OD experience with a focus on leadership and culture change.
  • Professional services or consulting background highly regarded.
  • Experience in transformation or project environments.
  • Resilience under pressure and ability to handle competing demands.
  • Agile experience a plus.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or related fields.

Salary and Benefits

$170,000 per annum, plus benefits.

Work Type

Fixed Term Contract.

Location

New South Wales.
