Business Insights Strategist

The role of Business Insights Strategist plays a pivotal part in the organization's data transformation project, enhancing the utilization of business insights and elevating the data maturity across the enterprise.

This position reports directly to the Head of Analytics and is accountable for developing the commercial analytics and data insights capability for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of analysts and contribute to their professional growth and development
  • Analyse vast amounts of structured and unstructured data to identify patterns and drivers
  • Build predictive models and create data-driven insights to pinpoint correlations and drivers
  • Propose solutions and strategies to address complex business challenges

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in commercial analytics with hands-on expertise in predictive analytics, business insights, and reporting
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience in collaborating with business partners to identify advanced analytics solutions
  • Advanced SQL skills with additional proficiency in R or Python programming languages

Essential Qualities:

  • Prior experience in extracting value from non-structured data is highly regarded
