Principal Dam Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Design Expert to contribute to feasibility studies, design, construction, and asset management of dams.
About the Role:- Perform structural analysis and review of concrete dams, spillways, and appurtenant structures.
- Develop conceptual to detailed designs of dams and structural components of dams.
- Conduct inspections, investigations, and condition assessments of existing dams.
- Provide construction support services including inspection of works, evaluation of quality control and assurance data, and construction reporting.
- Prepare tenders and proposals, and provide mentoring services.
- Demonstrated capability in structural design, including preparation of design reports, drawings, and specifications, ideally within the dam industry.
- Possess positive attitude, viewing challenges as opportunities to innovate, collaborate, and grow.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to develop and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and local industry professionals through project work, client initiatives, or industry associations.
- Hold a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related discipline (essential).
