Our team is seeking a Team Administrator to join our high-performing team. The successful candidate will report to the Recruitment Manager and work as part of an administration team with a focus on supporting our Entrée Early Years division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering all incoming calls and directing calls
  • Meeting and greeting candidates
  • Updating and maintaining the CRM and SharePoint site
  • Assisting with client job briefs
  • Inputting shifts requests into our database
  • Scheduling educators and cooks for shifts
  • Update clients on status of their booking requests
  • Liaising with candidates and clients on behalf of the consultants
  • Preparing documentation for meetings
  • Ad hoc work in relation to marketing and events

Requirements

  • Previous administration experience
  • Intermediate MS Office Suite skills
  • Fast-paced and reactive to immediate tasks
  • Positive outlook and calm under pressure
  • Organized and self-motivated
  • High attention to detail
  • Interest in Recruitment or HR (study in Human Resources preferable)
