As a Business Administration Assistant in our Legal Support team, you will be actively involved in providing responsive, timely, and quality administrative support to our lawyers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to lawyers, including tasks such as document preparation, data entry, and correspondence.
- Assisting with the coordination of meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Maintaining accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
About You
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual who is eager to launch their career in a supportive team environment. As a Business Administration Assistant, you will have some administration experience, ideally in a corporate setting.
You will be task-oriented, process-driven, and enjoy finding opportunities for continuous improvement. Your excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with our lawyers and clients.
