We're seeking a Senior Designer with passion for brand craft to join our team.

About the Role
  • This is a mid-senior level, full-time opportunity in which you'll shape and elevate brands for ambitious organisations.

You'll create work that is aesthetically and culturally current and built to last. From brand identity and campaigns to digital and content, you'll bring creative leadership and design excellence to every project.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead design projects from concept to delivery - focusing on brand creation and brand-led campaigns.
  2. Create and evolve brand identities, style guides, campaign assets, websites, publications, signage and more.
  3. Bring high level of craft and creativity to every brand project - building timeless visual identities while staying across emerging design trends.
  4. Work hand-in-hand with account managers and strategists to unpack client briefs and deliver smart, effective creative.
  5. Present your ideas to clients with clarity and confidence.
  6. Mentor and support designers in the studio, lifting the creative bar for everyone.
  7. Keep projects moving on time and on budget, while never compromising craft or creativity.
What We're Looking For
  • Design experience in an agency, studio or similar environment.
  • A portfolio that shows ability to shape and elevate brands - demonstrating conceptual thinking, design craft and versatility across mediums.
  • Brand mindset - passionate about brand design, fluent in current and emerging design trends, and understanding what makes an identity truly timeless.
  • Skills in typography and/or illustration that bring extra depth and character to your work.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Figma or motion tools (After Effects etc.) is a plus.
  • Advanced skills in managing design systems (file management / proofs / version control)
  • Strong communication skills - collaborating, presenting and building great team and client relationships.
  • Proactive, curious and positive approach - thriving in fast-moving creative environment.
