About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Events Coordinator to join our team and contribute their expertise in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This role will be ideal for a professional looking to develop their leadership skills and create memorable events.

The Event Manager will partner closely with our team to ensure that each event meets customers' needs through outstanding organisational and communication skills, relationship building, staff management, and meeting high standards of customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and motivating event operational teams
  • Coordinating with clients, vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders
  • Overseeing the planning and execution of all event details
  • Managing event budgets
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly and professionally
  • Implementing quality control measures
  • Following up with clients post-event
