We are seeking a highly skilled Experience Team Manager to lead our dynamic Customer Insight Centre team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through seamless event management and production. This involves strategic planning, stakeholder collaboration, and operational oversight to ensure the success of events at our centre.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategy that aligns event activities with our business objectives and delivers exceptional customer experiences.
  • Oversee the end-to-end management and flawless execution of all key activities and events.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams to drive customer advocacy, innovation partnerships, and business outcomes.
  • Identify and resolve issues during event delivery and execution, ensuring compliance with contract conditions and high levels of service provision.
  • Seek and report stakeholder feedback, actively address live issues, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of weekly, monthly, and quarterly centre reviews.

  • Strong understanding of business and financial principles.
  • Proficient data analysis skills to inform decision-making and strategy.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring team members.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Events, Marketing, and/or Communications are desirable.
