Eye Care Retail Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven retail professional to lead our store, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-performing teams, developing business strategies, and maintaining accurate records. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a dynamic team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer engagement.
  • Manage inventory levels, visual merchandising, and store operations to maintain a visually appealing environment.
  • Foster strong relationships with optometrists, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and data to inform business decisions and optimize performance.
