About the role

As a Business Coach, you will inspire and guide jewellery business owners to achieve their goals, overcome challenges, and drive growth. Your strategic and practical expertise will help improve operations, boost customer satisfaction, and deliver strong business results. Success in this role requires proven retail business experience, a passion for client success, and the ability to build strong relationships. You'll work remotely in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your skills are highly valued.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive business success by providing clients with high quality advice.
  • Partner with passion by proactively managing client relationships and ensure high levels of client retention.
  • Empower clients by sharing your knowledge, experience and wisdom.
  • Adapt and learn as you identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop community amongst the client base through your genuinely compassionate and authentic coaching.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve client outcomes and provide continuous improvement via product and service innovation.

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience & Skills:

  • 10+ years-experience in sales, management, business ownership, leadership within a professional retail environment.
  • A strong communicator who listens, inspires and leads with intelligence and leads with their head and their heart.
  • A positive mindset, willingness to learn and share knowledge.
  • Analytical mindset, confident with interpreting KPI's business metrics and financial data.
  • Proven success in managing teams and building long-term client relationships
  • Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.

Desirable:

  • Experience in retail and luxury goods and/or the retail jewellery sector
  • Currently, or have previously coached, mentored or consulted.
