Lead Retail Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail professional to lead our store team and drive sales growth.

As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for motivating and mentoring your team to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will be customer-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also be a team player, able to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and maintain operational consistency and compliance.
  • Be the go-to person for customers, creating memorable shopping experiences that build loyalty.

  • Retail expertise: Solid retail experience, ideally in furniture, homewares, or a related industry.
  • Sales-driven: A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
