SalaryWe offer a competitive salary, with rates at least 5% above the award rate, ensuring our educators are rewarded for their hard work and dedication. Based on the location and job requirements, the estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $65,000-$80,000 AUD.
Job DescriptionThis Early Childhood Educator role is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Goodstart Bray Park Elmwood Drive. As a vital member of our centre, you'll work alongside experienced professionals to craft and enhance learning programs tailored to meet the needs of our diverse student body. Your commitment to creating a safe, inclusive environment will be instrumental in fostering a love of learning among our children.
ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing engaging, play-based learning programs that cater to the unique needs of each child
- Collaborating with senior educators and educational leaders to ensure seamless delivery of curriculum and activities
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized learning environment that promotes exploration and creativity
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- An active Queensland Working with Children Check
