Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Sales Director to lead our sales team in driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and mentor a national sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
  2. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share in the defence sector.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government and military clients.
  4. Drive business development initiatives to secure high-value contracts for defence vehicles and munitions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product offerings with client needs.
  6. Provide market insights and forecasts to inform corporate strategy.

Qualifications:

  1. Significant leadership experience managing high-performing sales teams in the defence industry.
  2. Deep knowledge of defence vehicles and munitions, with established networks in the Australian or global defence market.
  3. Experience in the Australian Army or other military service is highly advantageous.
  4. Ability to develop and implement sales strategies for a large-scale portfolio.
  5. Track record delivering team sales targets.
