Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to oversee the efficient processing of spare parts in our Service and Spare Parts team. As a key member, you will be responsible for managing stock levels, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role

We are an Australian family-owned business operating nationally, with a commitment to excellence in recruitment services. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in warehousing and inventory control, with a strong understanding of technical parts or mechanical aptitude. A sound knowledge of ERP systems and Office Suite is also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage spare parts stock levels, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
  • Process customer orders efficiently, meeting tight deadlines and exceeding expectations
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal staff, service technicians, and customers
  • Collaborate with the Service and Spare Parts team to resolve issues and improve processes
Requirements
  • A minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience working in warehousing and inventory control, with a strong focus on attention to detail
  • A sound knowledge of ERP systems and Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional business manner
  • Leadership, supervisory, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $60,000 to $70,000 AUD, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 12-month guarantees on all permanent placements and ongoing support from our experienced recruitment consultants.
