E-commerce Warehouse Supervisor

**About the Role**:
As a Warehouse Supervisor at Supernova Lighting, you will play a vital role in managing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce warehouse facility. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will oversee various responsibilities to ensure the smooth functioning of our warehouse operations.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order processing, and shipping/receiving.

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked warehouse environment at all times.

Supervise and train warehouse staff, including scheduling and performance management.

Keep accurate records of inventory, sales, and shipping data, utilizing the information to make informed decisions regarding product availability and pricing.

Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and logistics, to ensure efficient coordination and fulfillment of orders.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards pertaining to warehousing, including safety, security, and quality control measures.

Stay updated with industry trends and adjust inventory and pricing strategies accordingly.

Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotions to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.

Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, maintaining a high level of customer service.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience of 3+ years in warehouse management or a related field, preferably in a dispatch/postage environment.

Familiarity with warehouse operations, including inventory management, order processing, and shipping/receiving processes.

Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively supervise and collaborate with warehouse staff and cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and best practices.

Proficiency in using warehouse management software and systems is a plus. We utilise Shopify, inventory and courier programs.

**Salary**: $57,000 - $65,000 per year

Pay: $57,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
