About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Spares Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for receiving and processing parts orders, ensuring timely delivery to our workshops.

Job Description:

• 
  
• Receive and process parts orders from our workshop teams;
  
• Unpack and inspect incoming parts shipments;
  
• Distribute parts to our workshops in accordance with production schedules;
  
• Maintain accurate records of parts inventory and ordering activity;
  
• Work closely with our warehouse team to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of parts.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 
  
• Solid understanding of inventory management principles;
  
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of warehouse management systems;
  
• Ability to lift up to 25kg regularly.
