Randstad is seeking an experienced People and Culture specialist to join their client's high-performing PCC team in Burnie, Tasmania.

This challenging role encompasses various functions across P&C processes and systems, providing leadership in identifying opportunities for improvement. Success requires agility, adaptability, effective time management, ethics, and accountability.

The ideal candidate will foster a cohesive team environment by sharing information, assisting colleagues, and meeting goals and deadlines. They will liaise with various units across the organisation, address staff inquiries, and mentor leaders on staff management.

This role offers a mix of high-level strategic planning and routine process management, ensuring organisational policies and regulatory requirements are met.

About the role:

  • Pivotal role in guiding P&C operations across various functions including Strategic Human Resource Planning, WHS, Recruitment and Retention, Workplace Culture development (including Diversity, Equity and Inclusion), and Stakeholder and Community Engagement
