The Role

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist or Osteopath to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions based in Burnie. The ideal candidate will have specialist knowledge and skills to help people return to meaningful employment.

Your Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness
  • Support clients to identify future employment or training options
  • Perform assessments in your area of clinical expertise including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or daily living assessments
  • Take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client's progress toward their return-to-work goal
  • Engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships
